NEVER ORDER FROM DIAL-A-BED

I ordered a bed online on 28 September 2024. Delivery 2 to 3 days. I called on the third day and was informed that delivery was 21 days. I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. I was put through to a woman who told me it would take EIGHT days for a refund. Well those eight days have come and gone. This afternoon I got a call from the warehouse regarding the delivery of the bed ordered. I again explained that the order had been cancelled. It seems like this outfit just takes the money and doesnt give a continental toss about the customer. If my refund is not processed and available by tomorrow I will get my attorney involved and lay ******** charges. I am getting sick to the back teeth of being messed around by idiots.
