Never buy a mattress from Dial a bed

Dial a bed<br> You have no idea on how to make beds. I bought a bed from dial a bed in 2005 top of the range ( still going good except for the stitching) You replaced the bed with a new mattress ( King Koil) !!!!!! or so you said tag says demonstration only and after only 2 years its has 2 huge gullies in it and it is very very uncomfortable. You now want more money as I have used the bed for 2years 7months as you quality has failed. I weigh 105kgs and the wife 60kgs. I work away for 3months at a time and back for 2 weeks. So your quality can not carry this weight. please tell your clients that you sell inferior beds so we are not fooled in thinking if we pay good hard earned money you'll get a quality products or service. You have taken 1 month to come look at your products but in a way make sense as I am sure you must be on the run with all the inferior products you sell.<br> One very unhappy customer <br> Add a new Bravo Report
