Need feedback

I bought beds for BnB in Langebaan, however, after 2 months, the base is sqeeking tremendously. I phoned Paula, Manager at the Boksburg branch mid January, who advised that she can only refer it on the 16th of January because everyone will then be back at work. However, it is the 24th of January and I have yet had anyone contact me regarding this bed. This is NOT good for my business and will affect my reviews as it is making such a noise. Why cant they just send me another one? There is a Dial-a-bed in the Laguna mall in Langebaan AND I LIVE NEXT TO IT!!! in Laguna estate. If I am not going to be assisted asap I WILL write this on facebook and I WILL, if I get a bad review, ALSO post this as a reply.....
