Mould on Bed - 1 year

Good day Sir/Madam Please assist with my issues regarding my bed. I have been several times to the store and Dial a bed refused to assist me - Branch = Springfields Branch. Your urgent attention to this matter is highly appreciated and I have breathing issues currently. This bed is less than one year old. The bed in infested with Mould. The store wants to clean the bed and I refused.
