Misleading / false adverting

Please be aware that Dial a Bed misleads customers. You buy products “clearance sale”, they never inform you that it’s demo or returned stock. When they deliver, it’s clearly 2nd hand (dirty and squeaks). And when you ask for an exchange and demand a base as per their website “FREE BASE WITH ANY MATTRESS FROM R5999” , the prices have gone up and it’s now another promo. I’ve paid R10000 for a mattress and it was in the “month end madness” advertising a free base, and now they refuse to give me the base. So they push prices, so you actually pay for the base. That is false advertising.
