Mattress Sagging On Both Sides

We purchased an Activ Zone Forty Winks mattress from DialABed for use in our Airbnb. After approximately six months, despite regularly flipping the mattress, it began sagging noticeably on both sides.

Unfortunately, this has directly affected our guests’ comfort, with several commenting on the dips and even threatening negative reviews of our listing.

We raised this concern with DialABed and explained that while a 4–5 cm body impression/imprint may be acceptable for private home use, it is not suitable for a hospitality environment where guest experience is critical. We also feel this expectation should have been clearly communicated at the time of purchase, so that we could have chosen a more firmer mattress for the airbnb.

The store offered to come and measure the sagging, but this response comes too late, as the issue has already impacted our business. They can measure all they want once we return the mattress to the branch we bought it.
