Bought a matrass 14.000 less then 2 years later matrass colapse on 2 side's, called a inspector took photos said warranty will expire soon i said its less then 2 years and was told year guarantee , no no you understood wrong coffee mark one i must clean and call he will come back. Numerous phone calls and another inspector came, sagging is not a problem wow 14.000 and sagging is not a problem its normal never ever dial a bad its one big **** people get mislead and inspectors are rude for no reason never ever dial a bed, been operated for spinal cord, yes this is the bed you need.
