Went to the Stoneridge branch on Saturday afternoon. Was told if we bought the King Koil bed today (by Theo) it will be delivered tomorrow. We looked at a few other places and then decided to go back to Dial-a-bed. Now we could only receive delivery of thematress on Tuesday. Okay we can live with that. We paid an additional R350 delivery fee. Today is Tuesday ... guess what no stock ... maybe next week. What a bunch of *****!!!!!!! Do not trust a word they say. I want my money back.

We would like to apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this. We have received confirmation from the Regional Manager, that a loan unit will be delivered to you until your stock arrives from the supplier.
