King koil calla medium 10k bed. Wasted my money

I bought a King koil calla medium queen size bed I paid 10k for the bed which gave me problems from the third month of purchasing the bed.. I've changed my base 3 times and my mattress once. This mattress they gave me is worse than the original one. I wake up with back pains and bed sinks in. King koil calla is the worse bed ever

Hi thanks to Vikash Dewraj from dial a bed Umhlanga I received the best service my base is replaced and I am happy. I did not get my mattress replaced because I was told I must get a new base first and see if the problem is fixed.
