Incorrect Pricing For Items
I am not going to mention the branch or any names but I just want to advise on something interesting I experienced at Dial-A-Bed. I went to look at Sealy Beds and saw one I liked (Sealy Avino 3/4). As I was going to get a quote, I was advised that I would be getting a Restonic Base and not a Sealy. I didn't question this and thought this is how it works because I never had a Sealy. On the quote I saw a separate price for the mattress and base. The next day perchance I wanted to check up on the bed's features on their Website. I saw 1. that Sealy does in fact sell their own base for this bed and 2. the Restonic base I was quoted for was actually R350 cheaper on the site than the price I got. I missed a call from Dial-A-Bed after I emailed them and Sealy SA about this but what I see now on the website is that the Sealy Avino now comes with a \free"base. That's all well and good but I just want people out there to be very careful what you buy. Please check and double check before you hand over your money. Needless to say I won't buy a thing by Dial-A-Bed because of this but also because I found a Sealy bed at Beds Direct in Brackenfell for R200 cheaper and with free delivery."""
