Idiots in Head Office resulting in terrible customer service
Terrible customer service from the Victoria Road, Pietermaritzburg, outlet. They do not stock replacement feet for their bases. A bed I purchased had a broken foot. The only way they could manage a replacement was to exchange the old base for a new one. It was not the store manager's fault. It is Head Office policy. I am talking to the idiots in Head Office. Empower your outlets so that they can give excellent customer service. That's a fundamental for a successful business.

24 Oct 2022, 15:51All is well that ends well ... and quickly, too. The outlet removed a foot from one of their beds for me for free. They also told me that HQ has decided that spare feet should be held in stock as a matter of policy.
