I purchased a mattress at this store,upon the exchange as per the conditions,my matress was downgraded and I received a cheaper mattress
I purchased a mattress at this store,upon the exchange as per the conditions,my matress was downgraded and I received a cheaper mattress. I am now stuck with a mattress that is very uncomfortable and lost more than R10 000.00
