I expected better service - the service on the phone and e mail was good

Dial a bed an Smuts Ave ,Craighall Park , 2196, The Colony. I described in an e mail to Dial a Bed that one bed has to taken upstairs. This was also pointed out on the phone. The beds , bases and wooden headboards are heavy Both beds were left down stairs.
