I am not happy with this product

We bought a bed sealy at amount of R11000 and it was delivered within a week we heard sound everytime we turn and we raised the issue with sales person. We were told told make video and I was surprised that if I an not happy about a product I need to make video and it is human to records myself when I am sleeping. After she told us to put the mattress on floor and check if we get a sound and it was not mattress. Then we were told to check the base and legs. When we try to remove the legs they were breaking inside. We took this issue to store again and we were told that it is neglence that the legs broke. She will talk to her manage till today,NJ feedback. What is annoying we need to always drive to get new instruction or feedback and still getting the same thing
