horrible beds

Worst service. I did not use the bed for even 30days but its sooo faulty, its dented and makes loud noisy sounds when I move around. its not comfy at all and I have lodge a complaint with dial a bed princess crossing and they cc'd me on some email for "escalation" this was 3weeks back i still have no feedback. I am super disappointed with this service- at this point I just want my money back and they can take back their bad bed !!!! i gave the company more than enough time to rectify this !!!
