There was a problem with the mattress that I originally ordered. I followed up with the orders department and received such great service from a most helpful and super-efficient young man called Tevin. Tevin sent me specifications of an alternative mattress, with more superior features to the one I originally ordered. He explained, in detail the different features of the two products. I accepted the offer and was also given a complimentary mattress protector for the inconvenience. What a pleasant sales experience. Something I haven't encountered in a long long time.Great service.
