On Monday, the 28th of August, I found myself in an unpleasant situation when a mattress I had ordered online arrived in a torn condition. When Michael picked up my call, I was immediately welcomed with his professional and understanding approach towards the situation. I was further encouraged when he swiftly escalated my complaint, demonstrating a commendable sense of responsibility.

Tinyani assured me that the faulty mattress would be exchanged, and the warehouse team would organize the delivery and exchange.

To my delight, everything was resolved by the end of the next business day. I had a brand new, high-quality mattress in my possession! Moreover, Ignatius made an effort to follow up and ensure that I was satisfied with the resolution, further reinforcing your company’s dedication to customer satisfaction.
