Great service on the 100 nights sleep guaranteed and great consult

I bought a bed from dial a bed last year and by the 55th day the bed was not comfortable for me.

I email dial a bed to claim 100 nights guarantee and Janet was appointed as my consultant to assist with an exchange.

I wasn't understanding the calculations etc of monies to be paid as the new mattress was more. Janet took the time and had so much patience with me and explained via email even sending breakdowns of costing etc and even called me to explain when I still didn't understand. Janet also assisted me previously with a pillow exchange and was so quick and deligant.
