Great service but bad delivery

Hi Dial a bed,

I am very happy with my bed thank you and the sales lady was absolutely lovely and knowledgable. Very patient with us trying to make up out minds. The delivery guys who came to deliver my bed the next day had a lot of trouble finding my place but eventually showed up. Their vehicle had a flat battery so they had parked on a hill upon arrival hoping to push start their Hyundai H100 bakkie out of the farm. They ended up getting stuck a few times then being stuck in my gate entrance for quite a while. After watching them struggle for quite a while I flagged down the next car to tow them out. Please if you can, arrange more reliable transport cause for R430 delivery I really don't feel that it was worth it to be honest.
