Great customer service from Bernie
<p>As my wife and I entered the store we were immediately greeted by Bernie and she asked all sorts of questions to help us find the best bed for us and for helping us get the right Base that would go up our stairs in our house. She was attentive was always prepared to go the extra mile. We had the best customer service from her and dial-a-bed and all the other mattress shops around the center should speak to Dial-a-bed springfield about good customer service. Well done Bernie!</p>
