Gezina Dial a Bed attrocious broken bed sales

I bought a bed at Dial a bed Gezina, Pretoria on 22 Nov 2019 Friday. After unpacking the bed I noticed the base was damaged. The top and bottom part of the base has fallen in. I contacted the branch the very next Monday. I was then told they will attend to my query. after following up I was told their suppliers are closed for the holidays they will attend early in January. After several calls and visits to the branch. I have had no solid information that the issue will be resolved. Unfortunately all my calls and emails have been ignored. It is now 04 of Feb and I have to find another base at my own cost, because dial a bed will not replace their broken products from customer do not ever buy from them. Buy from reputable buyers and always check the reviews.
