FANTASTIC SERVICE

I would like to commend the Dial-a-Bed team for my easy, convenient and stress-free order.

On 27 April 2026 I ordered my matress at 12:33. At 12:53 Desiree sent me an email confirming my order. At 14:22 a Dial-a-Bed representative phoned me to confirm my delivery address.

On 28 April 2026 at 13:22 the Dial-a-Bed delivery phoned me to tell me that they are at my address; however, I unfortunately missed the call owing to a meeting. I was so blessed when they phoned me again at 14:29 to tell me they were at my gate.

Thank you Dial-a-Bed team for your absolutely fantastic service. I will definitely be recommending you to family and friends :)
