Fantastic Service and with a smile!

I have just purchased a bed from Dial-a-Bed in Hillcrest, KZN. The staff at this outlet were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. On receiving my bed (delivered only 1 day after purchase was completed), I found a few loose sewing threads. I photographed these and sent them through to Martin at the outlet who kept me in touch with progress. The very next day I received a call from the Dial-a-Bed Head-office to say they would be delivering a replacement within the next couple of hours. This kind of service is so rare that I feel it should be mentioned. Well done to Dial-a-Bed. I shall be spreading the word whenever the opportunity arises. Thanks again for fantastic service!!!!
