I purchased my mattress at the Fourways Crossing branch, and was assisted by Emanuel. His customer service was exceptional and he went out of his way to make the experience as seamless as possible from start to finish. He took so much care and consideration for my needs and provided me expert advice, offered suitable options and was patient with me taking my time to make my decision. His efforts did not end once I had made my purchase, he consistently followed up with the factory ensuring my adjusted delivery dates were accommodated for. I will certainly be retuning to him for my next purchase!
