False Advertising that really hurts

I really wanted to spoil my mom with a comfortable bed when she turned 70. I bought a Sealy Posturepedic Jubilee Pamper Top Queen Base Set from Dial a Bed Princess Crossing. The sales catalogue which I still have said the comfort level of the bed is Plush. The first thing we noticed when we got the bed was how firm the mattress was, no where near the plush comfort level advertised on the catalogue. The bed is very uncomfortable and feels like sleeping on a bed of nails. It brings tears to my eyes to think that my mum has to sleep on a horrible bed like that especially since we paid such good money for it.

Thank you for resolving the matter via a warranty claim.
My advice to anyone buying a bed is to physically see and feel the bed before buying to avoid disappointment.
