Failure to keep promises

<p>We bought a bed on saturday and asked the sales person if the bed could be deliverd since we live in mokopane. I also asked if it was possible for the bed to be delivered before Tuesday as I start working again on wednesday so there would be no one home to receive the bed. I was promised that the order would be put through to the warehouse on Monday and they would deliver by Tuesday. Well its Tuesday and when I called to ask the warehouse employee told me that the sales person cant make promises om behalf of the warehouse and i will only be receiving the bed by Thursday. </p>
