Factory fault and bad client services

Good day, we bought a bed at The Grove Dail a Bed for the amound of R15 000.00 and we were in the prosess of moving so we took it straight to storage unit and kept it under lock and key for more than a month still sealed in its plastic we bought it in. Upon our return we took the new bed to our now house and slept on it for a month and two weeks and the beds spring system failed leaving me that has back problems sleeping in a hole on my new damn bed. After going back to The Grove Dail a Bed I was told that it is impossible for the bed to fail so badly and after showing them pictures of the bed we were told it must have been a factory fault because it never happened before with any of their beds. And they will come first for an investigation and then make a decission about what to do further. We asked for a timeline and was told we will be called and a date arranged. Wich never happened anyways. After our return to the Grove Dail a Bed we were told that they will let us know what the decission was after we e mailed the pictures to the manager of The Grove Dail a Bed. They told us it can take up to three or four weeks. In the mean time it was our docters bills and medications and restless sleeping waking up every day with backpains. Since I was in an vehicle accident before and have constant backpains therefore we bought the new expensive bed. And my wife also got back injuries in an vehicle accident. Therefore we spent all that money to get a decent good bed and we bought ourselves a ****py bed and payed a lot of money and now we are stuck with this piece of **** and no assistance from Dail a bed due to their products failure. I am about to upload this bed on my bakkie and go and deliver it to The Grove Dail a Bed this coming monday morning 2020-03-02. And on my way in to the mall I will tell who ever wants to know what kind of **** Dail a Bed The Grove sells to its cash paying customers and then I want my money back since this situation is totaly unexceptable and if this is how they treat their clients ,then the future clients must be warned before hand.
