Exceptional Online Experience from Dial-a-Bed

My experience of services from Dial a Bed was nothing short of Exceptional. I have always been skeptical of ordering things online and paying without having a physical address from where to collect from- the idea of online transactions without verified human contact has always made me feel vulnerable as a customer but Dial-a-bed changed that. Two Sundays back I thought I was speaking to a robot (or some auto response software) on the Dial-a-bed website but I was surprised at the informative (humanly) etiquette that I received. After being guided towards what my budget as well as purpose for my purchase, I was immediately given a good quotation. By Monday morning I had heard from the lady I spoke to (Desiree, whom I had thought was a robot) and she processed everything including delivery plans for me. Once I paid, she acknowledged receipt and stated that she would handle delivery in the shortest possible time (despite their lead time being 10-14days). By Thursday morning, I had confirmation of the beds delivery and the folks I bought the beds for have been happy since.

I am sharing here because I was overwhelmed by the efficiency and interactive swiftness that I received from Dial-a-bed through their online services. I cannot attest to being converted into an avid online shopper, but I know I will definitely be using Dial-a-bed’s online services. I urge and recommend that anyone who wishes to get a bed, any bed to, to try them out.
