Excellent service - Wendy

I called your offices late afternoon 16h50 on Tuesday 5th May and dealt with a gentleman named Sam that compiled a quote for us.

Myself and my daughter came to your store just after 14h30 on Wednesday 6th May and dealt with you and left just after 16h00.

We went over the quote which was incorrect on the kids beds and you went out of your way to ensure that we had the right solution for our requirements. Your efforts were nothing short of fantastic with your sole intention ensuring that we received the right product at the right price. Your excellent service went as far as to ensure that we were called this morning 9th May at 7h00 to arrange delivery of the one bed and to inform us that there will be two deliveries today.

We have never had this level of attention or service from any other retail store and trust that you will benefit 100% from this sale as you made it all happen and to date we have not heard from Sam at all.

Keep up your passion and hard work as people like you are few and far between.

Should we have any issues with any of the beds we will definitely call you.
