Excellent Service

I orderded a bed and when it was not delivered on the promissed day I contacted the Online Call Centre and spoke to Babalwa Nokwintsa.... what a relief she listerned to my request and went out of her way over and above normal service levels and arraged a "loan" bed from on of the stores until the warehouse could deliver my order! If it was not for her excellance service I would not have had a bed to sleep on for 2 nights! Thank you so so much Babalwa you are a ROCKSTAR!!!
