Excellent customer service
Went into the store, looking for 5 beds for delivery the next day. I wanted good quality, non-entry level beds.<br> Drikus assisted me with good technical knowledge, which helped me to make my selection. <br> <br> Once my selection was made Drikus spent an enormous amount of time trying to locate the stock for me for next day delivery, some of the models I selected just wasn't available, but Drikus then continued to help me with alternative selections, sourcing the beds, making sure they are in stock and available for next day delivery. <br> <br> Not only was he efficient in sourcing all these beds for next day delivery, but he did his utmost best to give me the best price possible. <br> <br> It was a breath of fresh air having such a passionate and knowledgeable sales person to deal with.<br> Thank you

I treat every Customer that walk into the Store as the only Customer and i listen to what they say and focus on giving the Customer better service than my opposition as I know they do not give customers good service and I do not lie to the Customer. I explain what I need to so that they understand what they buy and I always keep them informed about their order until they received it.
