On Tuesday 1 Feb 2022, my daughter and I visited Dial a Bed at Atterbury Value mart in Pretoria, and received the most amazing services from Johannes the sales person that assisted us. We requested some changes to our purchase and he went above and beyond to make this happen - He arranged delivery with the Bloemfontein warehouse etc. On Friday Dudu at the warehouse blew us away - Travelling from Pta to Bloemfontein, we were a bit delayed and Dudu arranged delivery after hours as my daughter moved into a flat and needed a bed to sleep on, on Friday night - the whole interaction with Dudu and Johannes was a pleasant surprise from the moment we entered the store = Thank you Dudu and Johannes for excellent service - We really appreciate your team work - You Rock!!!
