EMPTY PROMISES :-(

So we got to dial a bed carnival mall brakpan on the 29/10/2022 purchased a mattress from them was promised by KG that we can organise a late delivery for 6PM as we work till late and that is the only time we will be home no later than the 1st of November,,,guess what,,,we still have no mattress, we phone in we get told dial a bed does not do such late deliveries, spoke to KG again he promised to sort it out,,,nope he didnt...spoke to David promised a late delivery for 1/11/2022 and to our dismay no delivery, no response no follow up...utter disguisting service, wouldnt recommend them at all, empty promises
