Dunlopillo World

I bought a Dunlopillo Mega De Lux Extra heavy duty mattress and base towards the end of 2008(25 Year Warranty) .I have a problem with the bed it gave way in the middle.I have reported it 3 times at Atterbury Value Mart Store.We spoke to Ricky that said he will attend to our query and many telephone calls.We also send 2 x E-mails to Dunlopillo HO overseas and received 1 back.To date our query has not been attended to yet.They informed us that they are trying to pick us up on their system.Ricky confirmed they having trouble doing this and need a proof of purchases.They can send somebody out to inspect the bed and make an assessment.They admiited to us the change the design on the beds addig an extra 2 legs..
