Dunllopillo *******

Dial-a-bed Weskus Mall gave nice service however my gripe is with Dunlopillo which the sell. 2 years ago I bought a Dunlopillo Queen Back Support and base. These were promptly delivered. After a very short time the base started to creak and groan. So I called them up and they sent me a replacement promptly. This was only in a couple of weeks and again it groaned and creaked. I decided to rather try and ignore instead of all the hassle to get it replaced and it would probably just do the same, as I realised that it was just cheap and nasty. My back discomfort turned into back pain and eventually chronic pain. My wife who had no pain started with sore hips. We stupidly persevered as any swap out time had gone by. Then I just gave up, realised we had been duped and researched extensively and found a Sloom bed that offers adjustable firmness and a very solid base. It come sin a box and the mattress decompresses on opening and the base is easily assembled (so I could see exactly what it was made of. All solid wood and strong fittings.) Goodbye Dial-a-bed and Dunlopillo.
