Dont shop at Dial a bed San ridge. Worst experience regarding product delivery & customer service.

Dial a bed San Ridge shopping center is the worst after payimg for my bed and pillows they made me pay delivery and told me that i couldnt take my pillows they have to be delivered as they under 1 invoice. Secondly i have to sleep on the floor for 4 days as dial a bed had promised me that they take 2 days to deliever after paying. They delivered after a week!!!!!

The sales person *Victor* from San Ridge branch kept lying over the phone each time i called saying " the delivery is coming today" each day i called. Including a lady from the head office. I demanded my money back so i could go shop elsewhere and they refused saying they dont do refunds.

The worst experience every with Dial a bed.!
