Don’t fool yourselve buying beds from Dial a bed!

I recently moved to this country, so I needed a bed from my new home. I bought a king size bed extra length from Bokrsbug store. The name of the bed is Burgess. I like them with airpokets as I suffer from backhache and those kind of beds are pretty soft. When it was delivered and I started to sleep on it kept having the discomfort that something wasn’t right on the bed, it is hard, and I can feel the springs cracking underthneed. I recently when back to get another bed for my little one and I realized the bed that was delivered previously was completely different from the one exhibited in the store. I put a complain about it at the store, someone came to visit us from the factory took photos of the bed and after 2 weeks we haven’t have any response from anyone. Our bed that was deliveried is plain on pillow top, very hard compared to the one exibited at shop. I felt like a fool, I paid R11000 for something that is cheaply made! No one is taking responsibilities store or factory about this foulty bed! Don’t fool yourselve with what they have exhivited in the store as if u buy something what you get is a cheaply made mattress completely unconfortable!
