Don't buy online at dail- a -bed

I bought a bed over R9000 a memory foam bed via pay just now app and I did not receive what I ordered. The bed makes sounds when you get on top of it. We wake up and our body is in pain especially our back. I bought this bed in January 2025 but it feels like I had it for years. And I believe I am still under warranty. Can you please look at this matter.
