DO NOT USE DIAL A BED. TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

Hi! I recently purchased 2 brand new plush beds from Dial A Bed South Africa based on them having a 100 day exchange policy. We got the beds, were NOT happy with them since they were still quite firm, and I now want to exchange them and happy to pay the upgrade. After waiting long times for email replies from their customer service they tell me they will only do the mattress and not the bases since its at the bottom of their terms and conditions that no one reads! Why would I want to return half the bed! Exchange the full set that we purchased! Do not buy from this company as if there are any issues they will NOT take care of you!!!
