Disconnected staff
Branch delivered a bed/base to my neighbour. Their delivery team damaged my property. They couldn't care less and drove away . Dial-a-Bed asked for a quote which they got and having endless problems now getting the money from them so that my damaged goods can be replaced. Probably think if they ignore me the problem will dissapear. Useless!! One email also stated that the delivery team was under the influence
