Disappointing service

Disappointing service. I bought a bed and was told by the salesman it would be delivered today. I followed up them at lunch and was told to phone the warehouse. I spoke to the warehouse and was told delivery would not be today and due to stock taking they are unable to give me an indication if the bed is in stock and can't give me delivery date.
