Disappointed with Dial a bed
My experience with Dial a bed is nothing but trouble. To cut a long story short. We purchased a bed in November 2020, 2 days later we were not happy with the bed so we wanted to return it to purchase another bed. The bed was more so we decided to pay the difference but they could only give us the bed we wanted in December 2020. How ever 1 and a half years later the base broke and they expected us to pay warranty fees if about R700 and some change. I did however find my receipts and to my knowledge noticed that we were charged the retail prices and not the sale price. Which was R2000 more. They still expected to pay that warranty fees I did not and the same time whilst the base was broken the mattress for damage in tye very same place and now they expect me to pay for the mattress as well. I'd they have a policy that the mattress has a warranty of 10 years why should I pay for the mattress that was damaged because the base was damaged. The mattress and base is very very bad quality. They fool us into buying their products but it is ****. It's almost 2 years I have this bed and it's very uncomfortable I paid R10000 for it and it's not worth the price. The mattress is sinking in and the material from the mattress is lifting and the sleep we have is very uncomfortable. I am still waiting for them to replace this and they have not been accommodating us. I am not going to pay the warranty fee as the mattress is still under warranty. They have given me a new base but the base is very poor in quality it has humps and bumps on it. I will never purchase anything from them again. They are *****
