Disappointed and stuck with a useless concrete bed
I bought a Dunlopillo bed in March 21 , for my guest room and I never get visitors, on Saturday the 13 November I decide to sleep in the quest room cause it is the Coolest room in the house . When I slept on the bed I felt like I was sleeping on the concrete floor the way the mattress is so hard. When I tell them they giving me the 100 days comfort return policy that I only come to know about when I called the customer care from the rude guy called Thabo. Now am stuck with a bed that is a good as sleeping on the floor. Tried to explain that it was truly my first time sleeping on the bed and it has waterproof mattress protector.

The Dunlopillo mattress that you purchased is a firm comfort level which is ideal for those who prefer a more solid, supportive surface. We also stock Medium comfort which conforms to your lower back allowing you to relax, as well as Plush comfort which is for those who prefer cushioning over firm support. Each comfort level differs. A new mattress also has a break-in period, this is to soften the mattress and allow it to mould to your body. NG.
