Dial a Joke!

On the 26th May I bought a Serta ARA bed from the dial a bed online store. When you are purchasing and paying for the item it says you will get delivery within 3 - 5 days. After you have paid you receive an email with your receipt, at the bottom they then state delivery can take up to 21 days. This I unfortunately only saw after their purchase agent pointed it out on day 3. I had already sold my bed and arranged for the purchaser to collect it on day 6. On day 9 I called their offices and tried to reach their complaints line, no one bothered to answer their phone. I eventually phoned a branch and received their head office number which I called. I took all of my frustration out on the poor women who contact their dispatch team and assured me that I would receive delivery on the 15th Day. Today is day 14.. I spoke to Solly from their deliveries department who made it sound like I was an idiot to expect delivery tomorrow and told me I might see the bed next week. I am 5 months pregnant and now sleeping on the floor because of their false representation at the time of purchasing the bed. I hold them responsible for all of my comfort issues at present.
