Dial a bed(Randburg) giving false info to make a sale

I bought a bunk bed(single/double) a week ago(24/11/2017). I confirmed with the sales rep that I would be sleeping on the bed. I even tested the bed in store and he confirmed that it would carry my weigh.

The bed got delivered on Monday(27/11/2017) and after sleeping on it for two nights I was tired of the plank noise the bed made. I called dial direct and they promised to have someone from the warehouse come check the bed. Today I received an email(see below) claiming that the bed is for kids and that they will not be sending someone to come check the bed. Was I supposed to record the conversation between me and the sales rep where he promised that the bed would be suitable for me? Dial a bed gave me the wrong information to get me to buy the bed.I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I don't even want to exchange for a new bed. I am disappointed at the level of service.

Email from them:

Good day Hope you are well I have spoken to the warehouse and we don’t see a point in sending anyone out to check the assembly, even if it wasn’t done properly, bunk beds are made for kids to hold up to 85kg max… Neither Gerald nor myself recall you saying that you would be sleeping on the bed, otherwise we would have advised against it immediately. The best thing to do is to come in and choose a proper beds to the same value so that we can exchange Many thanks
