Dial-a-Bed salesman just care for his commission

Pathetic sales service! Always promising to return calls but never do. Salesman only cared about his commission and failed to deliver or notify me as promised in more than a week. Only to investigate myself and get told it would take 3 weeks for my bed to get delivered and no one bothered to let the customer know.
