Dial a bed robing people and *****ing money

I bought a bed cash to the amount of 7444.00 at the verdict branch on weekend before last. A man by the name Albert in the store promised me delivery on the Monday. Then it was moved to the Wednesday. Thursday I had heard nothing. It was then moved to 17 July but nothing not even a phone call. I sent a message that I want a refund. No response nothing. I call the gentleman to ask what's going on he simply tells me it's not his fault. This is disgusting service.
