Dial-a-bed Pietermaritzburg - Exceptional service - Highly Recommended

I purchased a Sealy Turnberry mattress and base from Dial-a-bed, Pietermaritzburg on the 27th March 2021. Then on the evening of the 16th September 2021, my wife noticed that a spring was protruding from the side of the bed. In the morning, the 17th September my wife noticed that 5 springs were protruded. I contacted Dial-a-bed, Pietermaritzburg and spoke to Darius. who requested a photo of the protruding springs. an e-mail was sent with a photo of the springs. Long story short, Candice Naidoo, the Manager then advised that she would pursue the matter. At 10:30 on Saturday the 18th September 2021 a a replacement Sealy Turnberry mattress was sent and the defective Sealy Turnberry mattress taken back to Dial-a-bed. Amazing service.. Well done to the Dial-a-bed Team in Pietermaritzburg. Highly recommended. Thank you
