Dial-A-Bed online system takes your money but do not honour purchase

I made an online purchase, payment was made but order was automatically cancelled. Order remains cancelled, yet money taken from my account and no bed. Dial-A-Bed shrug their shoulders and no resolution proposed. I am without a bed and without the money.
