Dial a Bed nightmares

We are pensioners with limited income and had to replace our old favorite Sealy Posturpedic after 20 years of great service. We visited the Dial a Bed branch at Strubensvalley and the sales person advised us to buy the KING KOIL Akita matress. We have had this matress for 11 excruciating months now and cannot stand the discomfort any longer. We have subsequently established that this matress is not for "side sleepers" like us ande were incorrectly advised. I called the branch and was told to purchase another Matress!!! and that they cannot give us anything for the King Koil.
